The financial part of paying for therapy can be daunting or intimidating. The truth is that therapy is an investment into yourself.

I am out-of-network for most insurances, but this doesn’t mean you can’t work with me! You likely have out-of-network benefits which means that insurance will reimburse you for a portion of the session cost. This typically allows clients to save on average between 50%-70% on our sessions. During our consultation process, I can help you verify if you have out-of-network benefits and how much your co-insurance would be.

Here’s how Out-of-Network benefits work:

  • You pay the service fee up front (You can use cash, credit, debit, Health Savings Account/Flexible Spending Account).

  • We provide you with a superbill (a receipt) that you submit as a claim to your insurance provider. If you need help knowing how to do this, I can walk you through it.

  • Your insurance provider will reimburse you up to a percentage of our fee (usually anywhere from 50%-70% of the allowed amount).

I currently accept these insurances:

—First Choice and Kaiser PPO.

I accept cash, credit, debit, a Health Savings Account, or Flexible Spending Account.

Fees:

  • Intake: $225

  • 50- Minute Therapy Session: $170

  • 90- Minute Therapy Session: $250
